1. What should I do if I forget my password?
If you forget your Gaiyo password, you can easily reset it yourself.
2. How do I request a new password?
- Go to the login screen of the Gaiyo Portal (my.gaiyo.com).
- Click on “Forgot your password?”.
- Enter your business email address.
- You will immediately receive an email with a temporary login token.
3. How do I use the login token?
- The login token gives you 20 minutes to set a new password.
- Important: keep the browser tab in which you requested the login token open.
- Enter the login token you received immediately and set a new password.
4. What if it doesn’t work?
- Request a new token by clicking on “Forgot your password?” again.
- Check that you are using the correct email address (the email address registered with Gaiyo by your employer).

In short: if you have forgotten your password, you can reset it via “Forgot your password?” in the Portal. With the temporary token, you have 20 minutes to set a new password.
